Join us at Reynlow Park for our new Summer Market Fair on Sunday, July 11th from 11-4. We've outgrown our previous location at the park, so we are moving to the Sportsman's Dam Campground Field on the road to Sportsman's Dam. This outdoor event will be held rain or shine and will coincide with Reynoldsville's Red, White, and Blueberry Festival.
Vendors will be set up with plenty of distance between them to allow for a comfortable shopping experience in our beautiful park.
Spaces are 12ft X 12ft for $25 each. We have a very limited amount of sites with electricity available for $35. Contact us for availability.
To inquire about becoming a vendor, please email [email protected] or message our Facebook Page with your name, business name, and a description of what you would be selling. To safeguard against scammers, we will email or mail an application to you. Please make checks or money orders payable to Tracy Weber. PayPal is not accepted. No other persons are authorized to distribute vendor applications or accept payment.
Vendors will be accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis. Vendors must submit a completed application at the time of payment. We reserve the right to accept or deny vendors for ANY reason.
Direct Sales reps are limited to 1 per company, and we will do our best to limit vendors with very similar products. If you sell items that are taxable in PA, be sure you have a Tax ID. The fees are NON-REFUNDABLE unless there is a closure of Reynlow Park or we cancel the event. Completed and signed applications, along with payment are due no later than June 1, 2021. Any applications for vendor spaces requested on or after June 1, 2021 will be $35 for each space.
Once payment and registration are received, you will be added to our list of confirmed vendors, and will be listed on our Facebook Event page and website. All proceeds benefit Reynlow Park.
